Cheese bread Brioche
  • 500 GRAM FLOUR
  • 2 TEASPOONS YEAST
  • 2 TEASPOONS SUGAR
  • 1 TEASPOON SALT
  • 100 GRAM CHEESE, grated
  • 1 TSP SEA SALT (COARSE)
  • 4 SLICES OF CHEESE
  • 350 GRAM FLOUR
  • 1 TEASPOON YEAST
  • 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
  • 1 TEASPOON SALT
  • 200 GRAM BUTTER, soft
  • 4 EGGS
  • 4 TBSP MILK
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, 2 kinds of salt, grated cheese and 3 dl water and knead firmly for 10 minutes. Cut the dough in 4 equal pieces. Roll the pieces out rectangular and roll them up, than flatten the rolls with your hand. Sprinkle with water, put the slices of cheese on top. Leave them to rise in a warm humid place for one and a half our. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

Mix all ingredients and knead for 5 minutes. Let the dough rise for one hour. Form it into a ball and put in the fridge for maximum twelve hours. Grease a form; cut 1/3 of the dough and form this into an egg shape. Put the rest of the dough in the form, and make a large hole in the middle. Put the egg shape straight up in this hole. Let the bread rise for one and a half hour. Bake 35 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
