- 200 GRAM PEANUTS, peeled

100 GRAM RICE FLOUR

100 GRAM FLOUR

1/4 LITER COCONUT MILK

1/2 TSP TURMERIC
-
2 CLOVES GARLIC, mashed

1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER

600 GRAM PORK LOIN, in cubes

1 ONION, sliced
-
2 RED PEPPERS, chopped
-
PIECE OF GINGERROOT, grated
-
2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
-
1/2 CAN BABY CORN
-
6 TBSP HOI SIN SAUCE
-
2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
-
1 TBSP VINEGAR

Mix all ingredients
well. Heat oil in a wok. Put 3-4 tablespoons of batter at a time in the hot
oil and deep-fry one minute, turn the wafers around and deep-fry another
minute, or until golden brown. Sprinkle with salt.

Stir-fry the onion, garlic, peppers and gingerroot for 3 minutes. Add the pork
and stir-fry 5 minutes more. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat for 2
minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
