  • 4 ORANGES
  • 1 LEMON
  • 175 GRAM SUGAR
  • 1/2 CUP STRONG COFFEE
  • 3 CUPS VODKA
  • 10 TEASPOONS INSTANT COFFEE
  • 200 GRAM SUGAR
  • 1 CUP CREAM
  • 1/2 CUP WHISKY
Peel the oranges and the lemon and cut the peels small. Put the peels in a pot together with the vodka and store in a dark place for 4 weeks. Slowly dissolve the sugar in 100 ml water on a small fire. Allow it to cool down a bit. Poor the orange flavor vodka through a sieve and mix with the sugar solution.
This liquor is called "Timur" (a famous person in Uzbek history) because one major ingredient is instant coffee, which is very popular and often used in Uzbekistan.

Mix the sugar with the strong coffee, heat the mixture slowly, allowing the sugar to dissolve. Let it cool down, then mix in the vodka. You can use vodka, gin, Dutch gin or another alcohol without strong taste. Then add the instant coffee, stir well. Heat the cream until it is very fluid, and add to the mixture. Add the whisky. Keep the liquor in the fridge.
