White chocolate cookies

 

Wine cookies

  • 125 GRAM SELF RAISING FLOUR
  • 100 GRAM SUGAR
  • 75 GRAM BUTTER, soft
  • 75 GRAM WALNUTS, chopped
  • 100 GRAM WHITE CHOCOLATE, chopped
  • 50 GRAM DRIED BANANA, chopped
 
  • 200 GRAM FLOUR
  • 100 GRAM BUTTER, cold and cubed
  • 75 GRAM SUGAR
  • 2 TBSP WHITE WINE
  • 75 GRAM WHITE CHOCOLATE, melted
  • RIND OF 1 LEMON

Mix all ingredients well together and form 20 small balls. Put these on a greased baking tray and bake them 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Mix the flour with the sugar, the butter, the wine and a pinch of salt and knead well. Put the dough in the fridge for one hour. Roll it out and cut cookies out of it. Bake the cookies 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Allow them to cool down and decorate them with chocolate and lemon rind.
