Pizza with eggs

 

Baked apples with cheese

  • 400 GRAM FLOUR
  • 1 TSP YEAST
  • 3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 4 TOMATOES, cut
  • 2 TBSP TOMATO PUREE
  • 250 GRAM ASPARAGUS, cooked or canned
  • 2 BOLLS MOZZARELLA, sliced
  • 4 EGGS
 
  • 4 APPLES, cored and halved
  • 1 CUP CRÈME FRAÎCHE
  • 50 GRAM PINE NUTS
  • 75 GRAM CHEESE, grated
  • 1 ONION, chopped

Mix the flour with the yeast, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 cup of water and knead for 10 minutes. Allow the dough to rise for one hour. Divide it into two pieces and roll these out two pizza circles. Brush the pizzas with olive oil. Mix the tomatoes with the tomato puree and 2 tablespoons of water and distribute this over the pizzas, followed by the asparagus and mozzarella. Break the eggs on the pizza. Bake the pizza 12 minutes at 230 degrees Celsius in the oven.

Arrange the apples in an oven dish. Mix the crème fraîche with the onion, the pine nuts and halve of the cheese and distribute this mixture over the apples. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake the apples 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
