Finally, I became thirteen and old enough to drink. But no, my mother decided that I had to blow 16 candles before I could touch upon my so longed for drink, and then she only let me have one, saying that I would have more than enough time to catch up.

In April, Teb finally managed to open our swimming pool. Of course we had to use it immediately, because otherwise all these hours of work would be wasted. And I was truly the first to go. 8.8 degrees Celsius is not a feast, I can assure you, and Teb had hardly enough time to make pictures of me actually in the water. Luckily, there were many more sunny days to come.

And with the sunny days, I also started to catch up on my beer consumption. By the way, ain't I sexy in the picture?

Sometimes I have to do less sexy things, like going to an amusement park. As my grandparents have been married for 50 years in February 2008, they took us out for a weekend in May, and then my mother wanted to make a picture on top of that - for publication on the internet of course. We have so many discussions nowadays about children's rights and how she is offending them by displaying our whole inner world to everybody, but she keeps ignoring these complaints. She says we are funny and interesting, can you believe it. Just wait, until we will take our measures and put a picture of THAT on the internet.
