Tzatziki

 

Rice salad

  • 1 CUCUMBER, peeled and grated
  • 400 GRAM YOGURT
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC mashed
  • 1 ONION, chopped
  • BUNCH OF MINT LEAVES, chopped
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
 

Put a clean piece of cloth in a sieve and drain the yogurt two hours. Mix the yogurt with the rest of the ingredients. Serve with pita bread.

Cook the rice 20 minutes and allow it to cool down. Stir the rice together with all other ingredients and put in a bowl. Decorate with shrimp, some pumpkin seeds and slices of and apple.
