Almond curls

  • 50 GRAM FLOUR
  • 50 GRAM ICING SUGAR
  • 50 GRAM BUTTER
  • 1 EGG WHITE
  • 50 GRAM SHAVED ALMONDS
 

Stir the butter and the sugar well together; add the flour and the egg white and stir well. Make cookies on a greased baking tray in the form of long ovals. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake them approximately 6 minutes at 20 degrees Celsius (until golden brown). Whilst still hot, fold them around a bottle or rolling pin and allow them to cool down in this position.

Mix all ingredients well and form around 25 balls. Bake them in a waffle iron until they are golden brown.
