Asparagus with eggs

 

Sauerkraut with pears

 
  • 16 ASPARAGUS, peeled
  • 2 EGGS, hard boiled and chopped
  • 50 GRAM BUTTER
  • 2 TBSP BREADCRUMBS
  • HANDFUL PARSLEY, chopped
  • HANDFUL CHIVES, chopped
 
Cook the asparagus 15 minutes. In the meantime, melt the butter and add the eggs, breadcrumbs, chives and parsley. Pour this mixture over the asparagus.

Stir fry the onion 5 minutes; add the chicken and stir fry 5 minutes more. Add the curry powder and pepper and salt to taste and spoon this into a greased oven dish. Cook the pears for half an hour and slice them. Slice the potatoes. Put the sauerkraut on top of the chicken, followed by the pears, the potatoes and the cheese. Bake the dish half an hour at 170 degrees Celsius.
