Grape jam

 

Strawberry jam with lemon balm

  • 1/2 KG SEEDLESS GRAPES, halved
  • 250 GRAM JELLY SUGAR
  • PINCH OF NUTMEG
  • PINCH OF CINNAMON
  • 1 TSP THYME LEAVES, chopped
  • 2 TBSP COINTREAU
 

Bring the grapes to the boil with the sugar, the nutmeg, the cinnamon and the thyme and cook 3 minutes. Switch off the heat and add the Cointreau. Stir and put the jam in a glass jar.

Put all ingredients except the lemon balm in a pan and bring to the boil. Cook on high heat for 3 minutes. Add the lemon balm and stir. Put the jam in glass jars.
