Wineberry jam

 
  • 500 GRAM WINEBERRIES
  • 1 APPLE, peeled and cut in small pieces
  • 500 GRAM SUGAR
  • 2 TBSP COINTREAU
 

 

Add 5 tablespoons water to the wineberries, the apple pieces and the sugar. When the mixture becomes more liquid, increase the heat and cook for 10 minutes. Add the Cointreau and put the jam in clean glass jars.
