Put the flour, milk, egg, butter
and sugar together and beat a few minutes until a nice batter is formed. Stir in
the bananas and 60 gram of the chocolate. Pour the batter in a microwave dish.
Heat 6 minutes at 600 watt, cover with microwave film or a piece of waxed paper
and heat again for 20 minutes. Put the pudding on a plate. Mix the rest of the
chocolate with the cream and heat for one minute in the microwave. Stir well and
pour over the pudding.

Cut the slices of bread in
half, if you use normal bread. Arrange half of the bread in an oven dish,
sprinkle with half of the nuts and half of the cinnamon. Put the rest of the
bread on top, sprinkle with the rest of the nuts and the rest of the
cinnamon. Heat the milk and the cream together and dissolve the sugar and
the marmalade in it. Allow to cool down a bit, and stir in the eggs. Pour
this over the bread. Push the top layer down into the fluid. Bake 40 minutes
at 160 degrees Celsius. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
