Macaroni with salmon |
Camaron rebosado
(deep fried shrimps) |
- 500 GRAM MACARONI
- 1 TIN OF SALMON
- 300 GRAM FRESH SPINACH
- 3/4 CUP CREAM
- 1/2 CUP MILK
|
- 500 GRAM BIG SHRIMPS
- 1 LEMON
- 125 GRAM FLOUR
- 1 EGG WHITE

Cook the macaroni. Take the bones and skin out of the fish. Heat the cream and
the milk and add the salmon and the spinach. Mix with the macaroni and leave it
for two minutes.

Peel the shrimps, leave the tail on. Beat the egg white and mix with the flour
and some ice cold water until you have a nice batter. Heat oil in a frying pan.
Dip the shrimps in the batter and fry during 3 or 4 minutes at 180 degrees.
Sprinkle some lemon juice over the shrimps, cut the rest of the lemon in thin
slices and serve with the shrimps.
