Banana oatmeal bread

 

Dried tomato bread

  • 125 GRAM WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
  • 125 GRAM SELF RAISING FLOUR
  • 100 GRAM OATMEAL
  • 2 TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 50 GRAM BUTTER, soft
  • 1/2 TSP CINNAMON
  • PIECE OF GINGERROOT, grated
  • 3 BANANAS, mashed
  • 200 GRAM MILK
  • 75 GRAM PALM SUGAR
 
  • 250 GRAM WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
  • 250 GRAM WHITE FLOUR
  • 2 TSP YEAST
  • 2 TSP SALT
  • 50 GRAM OLIVE OIL
  • 1 ONION, chopped
  • 1 TSP OREGANO
  • 1 TSP THYME
  • 50 GRAM DRIED TOMATOES, cut
  • 20 OLIVES, halved

Mix all ingredients well together. Spoon the mixture into a greased loaf tin. Bake 1 hour at 160 degrees Celsius.

Mix all ingredients except the olives and knead firmly for 10 minutes, finally knead in the olives. Form a bread according to your imagination or put the dough in a bread tin. Leave it in a warm humid place to rise for two hours. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius during 30 minutes.
