Knead the flour, cold butter, egg, ginger and 100 gram sugar together. Form a long
roll and put this in the fridge for an hour. Cut thin slices, put them flat on a
baking tray and divide the rest of the sugar
over the top. Bake the cookies 15 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven.

Mix butter, sugar, flour and eggs well together and put
the mixture in an oven dish. Sprinkle the raisins on top. Bake in the oven during 45 minutes
at 175 degrees.
