Knead almond paste, egg and
baking powder well
together and roll the mixture out to a long thin roll. Cut the roll in 20
slices and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 11 minutes on a greased oven tray at
1900 degrees Celsius.

Mix the
coconut with the sugar, the egg whites and two tablespoons water and heat
in the microwave for 2 minutes; stir every 30 seconds. Add the cherries
and mix well. Make 16 small balls, put them on a greased baking tray and
flatten them. Bake the cookies 15 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
