- 3 CUPS OF MILK
- 75 GRAM SUGAR
- 100 GRAM CHOCOLATE, chopped
- 5 EGGS

- 1 CAN CONDENSED MILK
- 100 GRAM CHOCOLATE, chopped
- 50 GRAM BUTTER, melted
- 1/2 CUP
CREAM, whipped
- 2 BANANAS, sliced
- 4 TBSP LEMON JUICE
- 100 GRAM
SHORTBREAD or other cookies, crumbled

Bring the milk to the boil
and dissolve the chocolate. Beat the sugar with the eggs for a few minutes
and stir in the chocolate milk. Pour the mixture in small glass jars. Fill a
baking tray with water and put the glass jars in the water. Put the baking
tray in the oven and bake 30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.

Mix the butter and the cookies
well and put the mixture on the bottom of 4 small pots. Put the sliced bananas
on top of the cookies and sprinkle with lemon juice. Heat the condensed milk
in a frying pan on medium heat until it caramelizes, stir well. Pour over the
bananas. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or au bain marie and pour on top.
Allow the banoffee to cool down and decorate with cream.
