Orange
cream |

Pears in
chocolate fudge sauce |
- 300 GRAM FRESH ORANGE JUICE
- 1 TBSP ORANGE RIND, grated
- 1 CUP YOGURT
-
1/2 CUP CONDENSED MILK
- 6 TBSP SUGAR
- 1 TSP VANILLA SUGAR

- 4 PEARS, peeled
- 100 GRAM CHOCOLATE
- 1/2 CUP
CREAM
- 4 TBSP PANCAKE SYRUP

Put all ingredients
together and beat a few minutes with an electric mixer. Put the cream in four
glasses and freeze them one hour before serving. Decorate with a slice of
orange.

Cook the
pears 15 minutes. Melt the chocolate with the cream. Stir in the pancake
syrup. Pour the sauce over the pears.
