Coconut banana ice cream |

Banana split |
- 3 BANANAS
- 1 1/2 CUP COCONUT MILK
- 1 1/2 CUP
CREAM
- 4 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
- 4 TBSP GRATED COCONUT
- 1 TSP CINNAMON

Puree the bananas in a food
processor. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Freeze for at least 4 hours,
stir every hour, or use an electrical ice cream maker.

Half the bananas length wise. Put
them on a plate with scoops of ice cream in between. Decorate with cream and
serve with hot chocolate sauce.

Bananas are one of the most consumed fruits in the world, if not the most.
They are popular in tropical countries as well as in Europe and the USA. Which
is understandable, because it is such a convenient fruit: easy to peel, no
pits, no problems, no chewing needed (almost). Bananas contain a lot of
potassium.
Bananas grow on something that looks like a tree, but is not; after producing
the banana, the plant will die and disappear entirely, and a new plant will
emerge, producing bananas again.
