Mini pie tomato

 

Mini pie bacon

  • 250 GRAM FLOUR
  • 140 GRAM BUTTER
  • 200 GRAM COTTAGE CHEESE
  • 4 EGGS
  • 50 GRAM CASHEW NUTS
  • 3 TBSP TOMATO PUREE
  • 1/2 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
  • SALT
 
  • 250 GRAM FLOUR
  • 140 GRAM BUTTER
  • 200 GRAM COTTAGE CHEESE
  • 4 EGGS
  • 100 GRAM BACON, fried in pieces
  • SOME PARSLEY, chopped
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC, mashed

Mix the flour, butter and 2 tablespoons water to a dough. Roll it out and line 8 small forms with it. Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs, tomato puree and cayenne pepper and put this mixture in the pies. Distribute the cashew nuts over the pies and sprinkle the top of the pies with some salt. Bake the pies half an hour at 200 degrees Celsius.
