Peel the eggs and cut them in
halves. Keep a few sardines behind for decoration and puree the other sardines

Put all ingredients in a
small pan (special pans exist for this process) and bring the mixture on
very low heat in 10 minutes to the boiling point. Make sure it does not boil
completely. Pour it slowly in 4 small cups (take the cardamom out) and wait a little while until the
coffee has settled on the bottom of your cup.
Some people call it Arabian
coffee, some call it Turkish coffee, and you can also prepare it without
cardamom. This is coffee to bite in!
