  • 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC, mashed
  • 1 TBSP SAMBAL OELEK
  • 2 TBSP GINGER JAM
  • PIECE OF GALANGAL, grated
  • PIECE OF LEMON GRASS, chopped
  • 25 GRAM CANDLE NUTS
  • 1 TSP CORIANDER SEEDS
  • 50 GRAM COOKING OIL
  • 1/2 TBSP PEPPERCORNS

Grind all ingredients together, using a food processor or mortar and pestle. Fry the paste 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring well. Keep in the fridge until use.
