Fish curry

Fisherman's dish

  • 500 GRAM WHITE FISH FILLET
  • GREEN ONION
  • 1 TBSP CURRY POWDER
  • 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
  • 1/2 CUP CREAM
  • 1 ONION
  • 100 GRAM CHEESE
 
  • 500 GRAM WHITE FISH FILLET
  • 1 CAN OF CORN
  • 100 GRAM GRATED CHEESE
  • 750 GRAM POTATOES
  • 1 LEMON
  • 500 GRAM TOMATOES
  • THYME

Chop the onion and the green onion and fry them for 5 minutes. Cut the fish in large cubes and fry in a separate pan until the outside is brown. Stir in the curry powder. Mix the white wine with the cream and poor over the fish. Stir carefully. Put the fish mixture and sauce in an oven dish. Sprinkle the onions on top. Grate the cheese and put on top. Bake 25 minutes in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius.

Poach the fish for 4 minutes. Put the fish in the center of an oven dish, add thyme and slices of lemon. Boil the potatoes 15 minutes, slice them and lay the slices around the fish. Peel and chop the tomatoes, fry them for 10 minutes, add the corn and poor the mixture over the fish and the potatoes. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
