Stir fried mushrooms Ginger cabbage beans
  • 500 GRAM MUSHROOMS, cut
  • 4 GREEN ONIONS, chopped
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC, crushed
  • 1 TSP CURRY POWDER
  • 1/2 TSP PAPRIKA POWDER
  • FRESH CORIANDER, chopped
  • 200 GRAM CABBAGE, shredded
  • 1 ONION, chopped
  • 500 GRAM FRENCH BEANS, cleaned and cut
  • 1/2 GINGERROOT, grated
  • 1 CHILI, CHOPPED
  • 2 STEMS LEMON GRASS, cut
  • 2 DECILITER COCONUT MILK

Fry the onions 5 minutes, add the garlic, fry 1 minute, add the mushrooms and fry 5 minutes more. Stir in the curry powder and the paprika. Garnish with coriander.

Fry the onion 5 minutes, add the cabbage and the ginger, fry 10 minutes more. In a separate pan, fry the lemon grass and the chili for 5 minutes, add the beans, fry 5 minutes more, add the coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes. Put the cabbage on a plate and the beans over it.
