200 GRAM CABBAGE, shredded

1 ONION, chopped

500 GRAM GREEN BEANS, cleaned and cut

1/2 GINGER ROOT, grated

1 CHILLI, chopped

2 STEMS LEMON GRASS, cut

2 DECILITER COCONUT MILK

Fry the
onions 5 minutes, add the garlic, fry 1 minute, add the mushrooms and fry 5
minutes more. Stir in the curry powder and the paprika. Garnish with
coriander.

Fry the
onion 5 minutes, add the cabbage and the ginger , fry 10 minutes more. In a separate pan, fry
the lemon grass and the chilli for 5 minutes, add the beans, fry 5 minutes
more, add the coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes. Put the cabbage on a
plate and the beans over it.
