- 500 GRAM FRENCH BEANS, chopped

1 RED CHILLI, chopped

1/4 FRESH COCONUT, grated

500 GRAM GREEN BEANS, cut

250 GRAM BROCCOLI, in small pieces

2 GREEN SWEET PEPPERS, cut

1 CUCUMBER, in cubes

2 CL GARLIC, chopped

2 RED CHILLIES, chopped

2 TBSP VINEGAR

1 TBSP SOY SAUCE

1 TBSP SUGAR

Boil the
beans until they are done. Fry the two kinds of chilli for 3 minutes, add the onion
and fry 5 minutes more. Add the curry. Mix this with the beans, put on a plate
and sprinkle the coconut on top.

Stir fry
garlic and chillies for three minutes. Add sweet peppers and beans and fry 5
minutes; add broccoli and fry 5 minutes more. Finally, add cucumber, vinegar,
soy sauce and sugar and heat for 5 minutes.
