Honing peper vis

 

Vis stoofpot

  • 500 GRAM VISFILETS
  • 2 EETLEPELS HONING
  • 1 EETLEPEL MOSTERD
  • 1 EETLEPEL ROSE PEPERS
  • 1 CITROEN, sap en rasp
 
  • 500 GRAM VISFILET
  • 1 KOMKOMMER, in plakjes
  • 100 GRAM KAAS
  • 2 DECILITER SLAGROOM
  • 1 DECILITER WHISKY
  • 1 UI, gesnipperd
  • BOSJE DILLE, gehakt

Meng citroensap en -rasp met de honing, mosterd en pepers. Leg de visfilets in een ovenschaal en giet het mengsel erover. Bak de vis 20 minuten op 180 graden en zet d schotel nog twee minuten onder de grill.

Chop the onion and fry for 5 minutes. Put the fish fillets in an oven dish, mix the onion with cream and whisky and put on top of the fish. Bake 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. Cut the cheese in cubes, slice the cucumber very thin and chop the dill. Take the fish out of the oven, put the cucumber on the sides (see picture) and the cheese on top. Bake for another 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Take out of the oven and sprinkle the dill on top.
