Ice lolly

 

Chocolate crème brulêe

  • 150 GRAM STRAWBERRIES
  • 2 DECILITER YOGURT
  • 1 DECILITER CREAM
  • 6 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
 
  • 3 DECILITER CREAM
  • 2 DECILITER MILK
  • 100 GRAM CHOCOLATE
  • 4 EGG YOLKS
  • 100 GRAM CASTOR SUGAR

Puree the strawberries with the sugar. Add yogurt and cream, put the mixture in ice lolly forms and freeze for 5 hours. Put the forms in hot water to free the ice lollies.

Heat the cream, milk and 80 gram sugar and melt the chocolate in the hot fluid. Take the pan off the heat and add the egg yolks, stir well. Put the mixture in small oven forms. Put in the oven at 150 degrees for 45 minutes. Put the forms in the fridge until they are really cold. Spread the rest of the sugar over the crème and put under a hot grill for 2 minutes.


Crème brulêe is a very famous classic recipe. However, this recipe with chocolate is a must for chocolate lovers and a new variation on an old delicious dessert.
