Chocolate pavé

• 1 CAN OF CORN
• 1 CAN OF CONDENSED MILK
• 8 TBSP SUGAR
• 10 ICE CUBES

• 200 GRAM DARK CHOCOLATE
• 1 CUP CREAM. whipped
• 4 EGG YOLKS
• 75 GRAM SUGAR
• 75 GRAM BUTTER

Spoon the corn into 4 glasses. Stir the sugar and the condensed milk together 9if the condensed milk is already sweetened, don't add sugar) en pour this over the corn. Crush the ice cubes (you can do this with the help of a hammer and a dishcloth) and sprinkle the crushed ice on top. Serve immediately.

Melt the chocolate with the butter. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and mix them with the chocolate; stir in the cream. Pour the mixture in a dish and refrigerate for three hours. Put the pavé on a plate and cut in pieces with a hot knife.
