Potato

  Ćevapčići   Sauerkraut patties
 
  • 300 GRAM MINCED PORK
  • 300 GRAM MINCED LAMB
  • 3 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
  • 1/2 TSP PAPRIKA POWDER
  • 1 ONION, chopped
  • 1 EGG
  • 1 RED SWEET PEPPER, cut in strips
  • BAY LEAVES
  • 2 TBSP BREADCRUMBS
  •  
  • 1 KG POTATOES, peeled and cooked
  • 500 GRAM SAUERKRAUT
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 TBSP PINK PEPPERS
  • 200 GRAM BACON, cubed
  • 1 TBSP MUSTARD
  • Mix the minced meats with the garlic, the onion, the egg, the breadcrumbs, the paprika powder and salt to taste and form 30 small oval balls. Skewer them with some bay leaves and sweet pepper pieces in between and grill the skewers approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Puree the potatoes and mix the puree with the bacon, the eggs, the pink peppers, the mustard, pepper and salt to taste and the sauerkraut. Make 24 patties out of this mixture and fry them 5 minutes on each side.
