- 500 GRAM BEEF FILLET, sliced very thinly

6 TBSP SOY SAUCE

2 TBSP SESAME SEED

2 CLOVES GARLIC, mashed

4 GREEN ONIONS, chopped

500 GRAM CHICKEN BREAST

PIECE OF GINGERROOT, chopped finely

JUICE OF 1 LEMON
- 100 GRAM MIRIN (SAKE FOR COOKING)

Mix the soy sauce with the sesame
seed, the garlic and the onions and marinate the beef 2 hours in this
mixture. Heat a grill pan or frying pan and fry the beef 30 seconds on each
side. Decorate with green onions.

Mix the
lemon juice with the mirin, the ginger and pepper and salt to taste and
marinate the chicken a few hours. Put a [piece of waxed paper in a steamer,
put the chicken breast on the paper and steam for 20 minutes.
