- 600 GRAM GREEN BEANS, cut
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, mashed
- 1 ONION, chopped
- 2 CHILI PEPPERS, cut
- 1 TBSP PRAWN PASTE
- 4 TBSP SOY SAUCE
- 3 TBSP
SPICE PASTE FOR VEGETABLES

- 12 WONTON WRAPPERS
- 400 GRAM MINCED PORK
- 4 GREEN ONIONS, chopped
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped finely
- PIECE OF GINGERROOT, grated
- 1/2 TSP
CURRY
POWDER
- 1/2 TSP CORIANDER SEEDS
- 1 TBSP GREEN CORIANDER, chopped

Fry the onion, garlic, and chili peppers a few minutes.
Add all other ingredients and half a cup of water and stir well. Cook 10
minutes, then increase the heat and cook until most of the water has
evaporated. Decorate with fried onion and turmeric.

Mix beef, green onions, garlic, gingerroot, curry powder, coriander seeds and
leaves and salt and pepper to taste and divide the mixture in twelve balls.
Put the balls on the wonton wrappers and fold them. Seal the edges well with
some water. Steam the momos 20 minutes. Brush the steamer with some oil to
prevent sticking. Serve with
tomato shrimp sauce and white rice.
