These recipes are prepared with ingredients, which are widely available in November, at least from a Dutch or Western European perspective. It is autumn, and really cold, rainy and windy sometimes. The leaves are coloring red and yellow and we are looking for hot dishes to keep us warm and long winter meals. There are still many nuts, as well as apples and pear, but tangerines and oranges are now also coming in. Some people already start thinking about preparing Christmas dinner
