Oatmeal soda bread

 

Dried tomato bread

  • 300 GRAM WHOLEMEAL FLOUR
  • 100 GRAM SEMOLINA
  • 100 GRAM OATMEAL
  • 1 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 2 TBSP SUGAR
  • 2 TSP SALT
  • 1.5 DECILITER YOGURT
  • 1 DECILITER MILK
  • 1 EGG
 
  • 100 GRAM DRIED TOMATOES, cut
  • 250 GRAM DARK FLOUR
  • 250 GRAM WHITE FLOUR
  • 2 TBSP BAKING SODA
  • 1/2 TBSP SALT
  • 3 DECILITER BEER
  • 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE

Mix all ingredients and knead for a few minutes. Form into a long roll, flatten a little and cut into 8 pieces. Bake 30 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
