  • 250 GRAM WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR

Mix flour, sugar, salt, egg white, 2 1/2 dl water and yeast and knead for 5 minutes. Let it rise an hour. Chop the onions and fry them for 5 minutes. Add the mince meat and fry 5 Minutes. Add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 chopped pieces of ginger and fry 5 minutes more. Role out the dough and cut out big circles (with a glass or bowl). Put two tablespoons of the mixture on one circle, wet the sides with water and press on another circle. They can be prepared in the steam pan (20 minutes) or in the microwave, one minute per piece of bread. In this case, you need to splash a little water on top every one minute. For the sauce, mix 1 dl tomato ketchup with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons ginger syrup.

Mix the flour with 1 deciliter water and a teaspoon salt and knead the dough. Form small balls and roll them out flat. Heat some oil in a frying pan until very hot, fry 40 seconds on one side and 30 seconds on the other side.
