   Cream cheese cake   Almond cream cheese pie
 
  • 75 GRAM BUTTER, soft
  • 200 GRAM FLOUR
  • 125 GRAM SUGAR
  • 1 TSP YEAST
  • 1/4 CUP MILK
  • 500 GRAM CREAM CHEESE
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 CUP OF CREAM
  • 50 GRAM RAISINS
  • 1 TBSP VANILLA SUGAR
 

Mix the butter, milk, flour, yeast and 50 gram sugar and knead this for 5 minutes; allow it to rise one hour. Roll out the dough and line a greased baking tray with it. Allow it to rise half an hour more. In the mean time, mix the remaining ingredients and pour this on the dough. Bake the cake 40 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.

Crumble the chocolate cookies; add the butter and mix well. Distribute the mixture on the bottom and sides of a baking pan, push it together with the back of a spoon. Put the pan in the fridge for half an hour. Mix the cream cheese, Amarula, eggs, sugar, flour and cream and pour this mixture in the baking pan. Bake the pie 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
