- 8 LARGE POTATOES, peeled, cooked for 10
minutes
- 1 TOMATO, in cubes

400 GRAM PORK FILLET, in cubes

100 GRAM DANISH BLUE, in cubes

2 TBSP
DUKKA
- 2 PEARS, peeled,
cleaned and cut

FRESH PASTA or ready made

200 GRAM SMOKED SALMON

1 LEMON, juice and rind

BUNCH OF GREEN ONIONS, chopped

15 OLIVES. halved

Fry the pork fillet 10 minutes. Cut the
potatoes in cubes, put half on the bottom of an oven dish. Sprinkle with half
of the dukka. Mix the rest of the potatoes with the pear and the pork, and
spoon on top of the other potatoes. Sprinkle the tomatoes, the Danish blue and
the remaining dukka on top. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 25
minutes.

Cook the pasta "al dente". Stir in all
ingredients. Ready! Delicious! |
