Chocolate shortbread

 

Snicker doodles

  • 125 GRAM FLOUR
  • 60 GRAM RICE FLOUR
  • 60 GRAM SEMOLINA
  • 120 GRAM BUTTER, cold
  • 3 TBSP CACAO
 
  • 100 GRAM SELF RAISING FLOUR
  • 1 EGG
  • 100 GRAM BUTTER
  • 1 TSP CINNAMON
  • 90 GRAM SUGAR

Mix all ingredients and knead to a dough. Roll it out and cut into rectangular shapes. Put the cookies on a baking tray and bake them 40 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.

Mix half of the sugar and the butter for three minutes with an electric mixer. Beat in the flour and the egg. Put the batter in the fridge for one hour. make small heaps on a greased baking tray, flatten them a little. Mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle the cookies with this mixture. Bake them 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
