- 400 GRAM
NOODLES , cooked
- 300 GRAM CABBAGE, shredded
- 100 GRAM GREEN BEANS, cut
- 1 RED SWEET PEPPER, cut
- 1 ONION, chopped
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, mashed
- 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE

- 8 POTATOES, peeled and cut into small cubes
- RIND OF ONE LEMON
- 1 TSP FRESH MILLED PEPPER
- 1 TSP COARSE SEA SALT
- 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL

Stir fry the garlic, onion, pepper, beans and cabbage for 5-10 minutes. Add
the noodles and the soy sauce and fry 5 minutes more. Simple and delicious.

Cook the potato cubes for
10 minutes. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, stir well. Put under a hot
grill until brown (a few minutes), stir again, put again under a hot grill for
a few minutes.
